“[Jessica] was caring, knowledgeable and calm, and immediately I felt at ease. Now that our daughter is consistently [well] rested, she is more interactive and smiley than she’s been in months. We would never have made it to this point without Jessica’s help, and we are forever grateful for her guidance.”
BABY SLEEP
4-18 months
You’ve made it through the newborn phase and your baby’s sleep needs are changing fast. As our babies grow, their sleep develops and matures. It is important that we attune to our babies, responding to and honouring their changing sleep needs. What worked when they were newborn will not work as well now. When our babies reach the four-month milestone, we need to be the gatekeepers of sleep for our family. We need to be proactive in prioritizing sleep. A four-month-old is much more alert and aware. They are interested and engaged, so it’s important we lead the way in setting the stage and laying a solid foundation for restorative sleep.

Common Baby Sleep Questions
I know you have questions. When will my baby start sleeping through the night? How many naps should my six-month-old be taking? How many hours of sleep does my baby need? My baby will only sleep when held (or nursed or rocked). I want my baby to learn to fall asleep on his own, but I’m not comfortable leaving him to cry. Will I have to stop breastfeeding? My baby is very stubborn and strong willed. I’ve tried everything, and nothing has worked. I have answers, and the support to help you make a change.
What You Can Expect
Parents can expect help to ‘clear the clutter’ of all the conflicting information on baby sleep, and collaboration in designing an individualized plan with daily implementation support. We’ll set a sleep schedule in-line with biological sleep waves, support baby in finding sustainable sleep associations, and build baby’s confidence to learn to fall asleep and stay asleep independently. You will build confidence in handling your child’s sleep on your own, with the tools and strategies provided.
